Beta Tester Terms

The rules for the WorkerHub Beta Program: who can join, what testers agree to do, and the free Pro they can earn.

Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms add to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Welcome

The WorkerHub Beta Program gives up to 100 testers early access to WorkerHub before its public release. In return, testers use the app in their real work and tell us what works, what breaks, and what's missing. Testers who meet the participation requirements earn free WorkerHub Pro access as described below.

By entering a beta code or using a beta build, you agree to these terms.

Who can join

The program is open to up to 100 testers, chosen by WorkerHub. To join, you must:

  • Be 18 or older
  • Have a compatible Android device (iPhone support may be added during the beta)
  • Work shifts, hourly, union, trade, convention or freelance jobs, or otherwise be able to use the app for real work tracking

Applying does not guarantee a spot. We may close enrollment at any time.

What testers agree to do

To earn a reward, you must complete all of the following during the beta period (about 4 weeks, unless we extend it):

  1. Set up a work profile and log real shifts, pay or jobs for at least 3 of the 4 weeks.
  2. Submit at least 3 pieces of feedback through the in-app feedback form. A bug report, a feature request or a short survey each count as one.
  3. Complete the end-of-beta survey.
  4. Update to new beta builds within a reasonable time when we ask.

We track participation through the feedback and surveys you send. Signing up alone does not earn a reward.

Rewards

Testers who meet every requirement above earn one of two rewards. We decide the tier based on how much useful feedback and real use each tester contributes.

RewardWho gets itWhat it isRetail value
Lifetime ProUp to 50 most active testersWorkerHub Pro with no renewal charge (see next section)$119.99
1 year of ProAll other testers who meet the requirementsWorkerHub Pro free for 12 months from activation$49.99

Rewards are delivered as a one-time code after the beta ends. Testers who don't meet the requirements receive no reward but keep any data they entered.

What lifetime access covers

"Lifetime" means for as long as WorkerHub is offered to the public, not the lifetime of the tester.

Included

  • Every Pro feature in WorkerHub, including new Pro features added to the core app later
  • All future versions of WorkerHub on the platforms we support
  • Use by you on your own devices

Not included

  • Separately sold add-ons or companion apps, such as a future employer app
  • Any cash value, refund or transfer to another person

If WorkerHub is discontinued, lifetime access ends with it. We will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

Codes and accounts

  • Each beta code and reward code works once, for one person. Depending on the code, it is tied to one phone or one Google account.
  • Codes can't be sold, shared, transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Unused reward codes expire 90 days after we send them.
  • One reward per person. Creating extra accounts to claim more rewards voids all of them.
  • A code that has been shared, sold or published publicly may be deactivated.

Beta software, feedback and privacy

Beta software. Beta builds may have bugs, crash or lose data. Don't rely on the beta as your only record of pay, hours or benefits. Keep your own pay stubs and records, and make WorkerHub backups. The beta is provided "as is," without warranties.

Confidentiality. Please don't post screenshots or details of unreleased features publicly until we say it's okay. Talking about your general experience is fine.

Feedback. You let WorkerHub use any feedback, ideas or suggestions you send, without payment or credit, to improve the app.

Privacy. The beta works like the public app: your work and pay data stays on your phone and isn't sent to us. To find bugs and measure participation we use the feedback and surveys you send, including any optional usage stats or crash details you choose to attach, and the crash reports and install statistics Google Play provides to developers. Everything is handled under the WorkerHub Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data.

Changes, removal and contact

  • We may update these terms during the beta. We'll notify testers in the app or by email, and continued use means you accept the changes.
  • We may end or pause the beta at any time. Testers who have already met the requirements when it ends still receive their reward.
  • We may remove a tester, or revoke a code or reward, for abuse, fraud, sharing codes, or breaking these terms.
  • You can leave the beta at any time by uninstalling the app or telling us. Leaving early means no reward.
